With the opening of the new Riverside Medical Clinic at 7117 Brockton Ave., Riverside, CA 92506, our Foundation has the opportunity to have a permanent Donor Tree at the Riverside Medical Clinic Foundation's “Dr. Herman H. Stone Medical Library”. The Roots recognize the Original Founding Sponsors
The Pond will recognize those who contribute $250 or more to the library in any one calendar year, and will recognize those who contributed $250 or more this year.
The Leaves will recognize donors who have given a total of $500 or more to all other Riverside Medical Clinic Foundation programs in a calendar year.
The Acorns are for those who contribute $1,000 or more within a calendar year.
The Branches are to those who contribute $2,500 or more within a calendar year.
The Stones are for the major gift donors who have given $5,000 or more in a calendar year and will be recognized with the amount on the stone.
